Doja Cat and Stranger Things Star Joseph Quinn Pack on PDA in London
Doja catAnd Joseph Quinn was spotted out and about in London packing on the PDA.
A photo shared by DaxMoi via Instagram on Sunday, August 18 shows the “Paint the Town Red” rapper and the 30-year-old Stranger Things star getting together at Dingwalls Dance Hall in London’s Camden neighborhood.
The Weekly has reached out to representatives for both Doja and Quinn for comment. Their apparent romance comes two years after a beef broke out between the Grammy winner and Queen’s Stranger Things costar Noah Schnapp.
In July 2022, Doja asked 19-year-old Schnapp via Instagram DM if he could get Quinn to hit him up, prompting the musician to DM Queen. Skinhip, who was 17 at the time, shared a screenshot of his and Doja’s conversation through his Instagram story. In an Instagram Live at the time, Doja called the move “socially uninformed and awkward.”
To be fair, it’s a kid,” he said at the time. “Noah, I don’t know how old he is, but he’s not over 21 years old. When you’re that young, you make mistakes, you’re dumb. I’m trying to be very fair.”
He continued, “You’re dumb, you say dumb. You build relationships with people. You make mistakes. You need to do things like that so you know not to do it in the future. I did my share of f-k-ups so I don’t f-k up again.
Despite those warnings, Doja said that Schnapp’s posting of “a private conversation between me and him” was “borderline snarky.”
“I made a guess that he was going to be cool about it and he went and shared information that I didn’t feel comfortable sharing with him,” she said. Schnapp said later this month that he had apologized to Doja and made both amends”
Doja was rumored to be dating social media personality Jay Cyrus – the pair were first linked in November 2022 – although they never made their relationship public. In an August 2023 interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Doja described himself as “possibly a serial dater”.
“But right now I’m in a different place in my life, where I’m very committed and very much in love in a different way than before,” she said at the time. “I feel like I’ve grown. Learning to love myself, so the way I love other people is so different, I don’t feel like a lost teenager coming into her own”
